Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), commonly known as MIG welding, is a welding process where an electric arc forms between a consumable electrode and the workpiece, generating the necessary heat for welding. The electrode, continuously fed as a solid wire, melts and forms the weld metal as it is consumed. The welding area is protected from atmospheric contamination by shielding gases or gas mixtures from the welding torch, ensuring high-quality welds by preventing defects caused by even minimal air exposure.
Our machines with 2500x6000 mm and 2500x12000 mm capacities can cut 2-30 mm
galvanized steel and ST 37 and 2-15 mm stainless steel. Also, they may process as inclined method for the sheets thicker than 10 mm. With our plasma cutting machines that can cut up to 12 meters in length, high thickness materials can be processed with high precision. With this production method, which has high durability and low energy consumption, production can be made at low cost. With the oxygen cutting method, we can shape materials up to 200.00 mm in thickness with additional fprhnologies such as micro-joint at a speed of 15 mitpr per minute.

A 60 tons welded type cement silo is a big storage container integrated to execute the specialty of maintaining and producing a large amount of bulk cement. Mainly, these are integrated at construction sites and concrete manufacturing plants to ensure the appropriate and continuous supply of cement in various types of building projects. Mostly made up of steel, welded, and cylindrically shaped with a bottom cone, the cement silos are strong and well-built to bear the weight and pressure exerted by the stored cement. These 60-ton welded-type cement silos are best used for cement storage in huge quantities, and at the same time, the controlled gauge pre-fabrication of cement is needed when producing concrete.
This makes it possible to store huge amounts of cement—60 tons—which in turn lowers the frequency of refills and optimizes the logistics cost of cement transportation. Silos are welded on the structural integrity and to minimize insemination and contamination chances.

Column-Boom Systems are manufactured to ensure ergonomics during weld jointing processes, reaching to hard to access areas while welding large pieces and to perform welding with minimal error.. Column-Boom systems approach to the most suitable area on the piece for performing the required welding process under control of the operatör and welding operation is performed with the command sent to the automatic unit on the boom
While Column-Boom systems can perform welding independently for any part, it may also perform circular or lengthwise welding using rotator or positioner. Welding types that can be performed by the system are SUBMERGED, MIG, MAG, TIG. Also, Column-Boom systems can be fixed or with automatic travel on rail.

Positioner is designed in order to change the piece’s position, tied onto it, to the best and weld. It gives movement opportunity
on two independent lines which are rotating and angular positioning. Positioners can be fixed to the ground according to
weight and center of gravity of the work piece.
Flange rotating speed can be sensitively adjusted with the control. Optionally it can be adapted with Column-bom system
as to work synchronized. Rotator and positioning motors are equipped with thermic protector separately.

Sheet metal fabrication is the process of bending, cutting, punching, assembling sheet metal to form into the desired form. Special tools, such as band saws and chops saws, can also be used in the sheet metal fabrication process. These ensure even cutting throughout the process. Parts are fabricated from a single piece of sheet metal so designs should have a uniform thickness.
Although carbon steel is the most prominent material for metal fabrication, stainless steel would be necessary for high corrosive environments whereas aluminium is primarily considered when weight of the product is a major limitation.
